We must love our partner, children, parents, or anyone else with strings attached. However, when it comes to love for ourselves, we often struggle to find a way to show it that is truly\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6.<\/p>\n<p>\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u7231\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u65e0\u79c1\u7684\u60c5\u611f\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u6c42\u56de\u62a5\uff0c\u4e0d\u671f\u5f85\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e26\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u9644\u52a0\u6761\u4ef6\u3002 It is a love that is not based on expectations, but rather on a feeling of self-lessness.
