From the beginning, we all knew that life was a journey and there would be ups and downs. We also knew that we needed each other to navigate these ups and downs. That’s why we started this movement called “相互帮助”.
This movement started with a simple goal: to help each other through difficult times. We didn’t know what we would get, but we knew that we wanted to be there for each other. We didn’t have any expectations, just a strong desire to support one another.
As we grew, we realized that this movement couldn’t just be about helping others in a personal way. It had to be about helping ourselves as well. We started to focus on self-care and how we could use our resources to better ourselves.
Today, we are a stronger and more compassionate community. We know that we can’t help everyone, but we can help those who come to us. We have learned that being there for one another is more important than being there for ourselves.
